Disclosures, Disclaimer and Privacy

The § 528 notice, California advertising rules, the testimonial disclaimer, privacy, and the statement that this site is a demonstration.

This page collects the notices that federal and California law require of a bankruptcy attorney's advertising, the disclaimer that applies to everything on this site, our privacy practices, and the statement that this website is a demonstration.

This is a demonstration website

Bamboo Law Group is not an actual law firm. This website was created by Attorney Pro Marketing, a Beverly Hills legal marketing agency, to demonstrate website structure, content and local search strategy for a consumer bankruptcy practice. It is used for demonstration purposes only. The attorney named on this site, her biography, the case counts, the client reviews, the telephone number and the fee figures are fictional. The address shown is the office of Attorney Pro Marketing. Photographs are licensed stock images and do not depict any actual attorney, client or office of a law firm. No attorney-client relationship can be formed through this website, no communication sent through it reaches any attorney, and nothing on it should be relied upon as legal advice. Statutory figures, court fees, exemption amounts and median income figures were accurate as of September 2026 to the best of the author's knowledge and are subject to annual adjustment.

Debt relief agency disclosure (11 U.S.C. § 528)

We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Federal law requires that this statement appear in advertising for bankruptcy assistance services directed to the general public. A written contract explaining the services to be provided and the fees to be charged must be executed within five business days after bankruptcy assistance services are first provided and before a petition is filed, and a copy given to the client.

Attorney advertising

This website is attorney advertising under the California Rules of Professional Conduct. The attorney responsible for its content is Naomi Reyes-Ashford, 9454 Wilshire Blvd., Penthouse Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Statements describing the firm's services, fees and experience are made under rule 7.1 and are intended to be accurate and not misleading. The designation "Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law" refers to certification by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization under rule 7.4. No other specialization or certification is claimed.

No guarantee of results

Every case depends on its own facts. Descriptions of how bankruptcy generally works, examples with illustrative numbers, and client reviews describing individual experiences are not a guarantee, warranty or prediction regarding the outcome of your matter. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Fees

Fee figures published on this site describe the firm's standard fee for a typical case of the type described and the Central District of California's no-look fee under the Rights and Responsibilities Agreement between Chapter 13 debtors and their attorneys. The fee for your case is set only by a written fee agreement after a consultation. Court filing fees, course fees and other third-party costs are set by others and change from time to time.

Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship

The information on this site is general and educational. It does not account for the facts of your situation and is not a substitute for advice from an attorney who has reviewed them. Sending a message through this site, calling, or requesting a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship, which arises only when a written engagement agreement is signed. Please do not send confidential information until that agreement is in place.

Privacy

Forms on this site collect only the information you enter. On a live site that information would be transmitted to the firm's intake system and used solely to respond to your request; it would not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing. This demonstration site does not transmit form entries anywhere. The site does not use advertising cookies. Standard server logs may record your IP address and the pages you visit. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request access to or deletion of personal information a business holds about you by contacting the address above.

Accessibility

This site is built to be readable with assistive technology, keyboard-navigable, and legible at any screen size. If you encounter a barrier, please call the number above and we will provide the information another way.
